How much does it cost?

The Voltest EV Battery Testing kit costs $399 as a one-time purchase. Access to Voltest report generation is $299 per month for each location. Pay-per-scan pricing is also available.

Do I need EV knowledge to use it?

Not at all. No EV or battery expertise is required. Simply plug it in, run the scan, and deliver the report.

Can I charge my customers for this?

Yes. Many shops offer battery health reports as an upsell service, often charging between $50 and $100 per test.

Which vehicles are supported?

Most battery electric vehicles (BEVs) and plug-in hybrids (PHEVs) in North America. Compatibility list is growing monthly. Check the Supported Vehicles page to see if your vehicle is listed. If not, contact us, and we'll notify you when Voltest becomes compatible with your vehicle.

How reliable are the results?

Voltest has been certified by the Car Remarketing Association Europe (CARA-Europe) and is already in use by hundreds of dealerships worldwide. We use advanced analytics and machine-learning models to generate our State-of-Health assessment, which forms the basis of our battery report.

What is included when I order today?

When you order today, for $349, you’ll receive a Voltest EV Battery Test Professional Kit. It includes all the necessary material to start testing any EV. You will also have to activate a subscription at $299/month to generate unlimited Voltest Battery certificates. Price-per-scan also available.
